About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Brand Design to own the creative foundation from which every team across Doctolib builds, setting the brand standard that makes Doctolib a genuine competitive advantage. Doctolib is evolving into an AI-first clinical platform for healthcare professionals and a daily health companion for patients, and our brand needs to carry that ambition. You will lead the central brand team and build an identity that is sharp, coherent, and enduring, unmistakably Doctolib across France, Germany, Italy, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Translate the strategic brand foundation into a coherent brand design strategy and language for both Pro and Patient audiences across markets.
- Define and steward Doctolib's visual identity system, including logo, colour, typography, motion, illustration, and photography, as well as the brand architecture.
- Own the brand principles that make Doctolib's brand executable at scale.
- Define the brand's aesthetic direction within the design system.
- Ensure the product experience and the brand identity evolve together.
- Set the quality standard and review cadence that keeps the brand coherent across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic depth and visual excellence.
- Experience leading brand identity work for a consumer or B2B2C product company.
- Proven ability to build and evolve brand systems that work at scale across markets and channels.
- Deep understanding of how brand identity translates into digital product design.
- Fluent in English.
