About the Role
As a UX Designer, you will bring your expertise to best support our clients in their development, working closely with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing.
- Frame client needs by defining the project and its objectives.
- Conduct research to understand users through ergonomic audits, focus groups, and user expectation analysis.
- Perform competitive analysis through benchmarking.
- Engage project stakeholders through ideation and co-design workshops to hypothesize solutions and user journeys.
- Define information architecture and create zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Oversee user testing (qualitative/quantitative), define objectives and protocols, and present results with interface improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Possess strong knowledge of UX methods.
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Demonstrate a passion for and continuous observation of market evolution, design trends, and technological advancements.
- Ability to communicate and work in an agile mode with various teams and departments is necessary.
