About the Role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Central Sales Office in London. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, who enjoys data input, report generation, and managing client account transitions and rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee metrics, manage dashboards, and compile decks.
• Ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems.
• Identify and merge duplicate Agency profiles in Opera | Delphi.
• Improve decision-making speed and quality by delivering accurate, timely reports.
• Generate Company and Agency profile reports for review and reconciliation.
• Manage troubleshooting of glitches as they arise.
• Attend regular meetings to report updates.
• Streamline reporting processes and improve data management systems for faster and more accurate sales insight.
• Continuously improve Delphi usage and optimize internal systems to support corporate and UK/EU hotel sales teams.
• Support the creation and implementation of SOPs to ensure consistent data processes.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other data platforms.
• A passion for hospitality is essential.
• GCE O-level; OR NITEC/Higher NITEC Certificate; OR Pre-U / A level Certificate; OR Diploma.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Meticulous in paperwork processing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
