About the Role

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our front of house team to help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our members and event guests. This varied role combines front-of-house service at our all-day dining restaurant with event support, playing an important role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere The Arding Rooms is known for.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving confidently across restaurant, bar, and event settings.
• Supporting the setup, delivery, and breakdown of private events and functions.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the venue, including the roof terrace.
• Ensuring all member and guest areas are clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Working closely with colleagues across hospitality and events to deliver seamless experiences.
• Building positive relationships with members to ensure they feel welcomed and at ease.

• Is reliable, organised, and proactive.
• Can adapt confidently between restaurant service, terrace service, and event operations.
• Is flexible and available to work a range of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Has previous premium hospitality experience.
