About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor branch cleanliness, organization, and functionality
- Inspect technical facilities for damage and ensure operational safety
- Perform minor repairs including lighting, fittings, locks, and seals
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Perform visual inspections and basic maintenance on ventilation, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and utility systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection regulations
- Maintain exterior areas and signage
- Transport furniture and equipment between locations
- Support new store openings and renovations
- Document all maintenance work and report to management
- Provide flexible support across Berlin locations for technical issues
Requirements
- Experience in facility management, technical maintenance, or related trade roles
- Basic knowledge of building services and repair work
- Independent and solution-oriented work style
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple locations
- Reliable and flexible with availability for urgent issues
- Basic documentation and communication skills
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
