About the Role

As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founder, acting as their right hand in strategic, operational, and analytical matters. You will delve into the most critical topics, such as creating investor presentations, analyzing new markets, structuring projects, or supporting cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical, ambitious, business-oriented, and eager-to-learn individual who wants to understand the process of building and scaling a company from the ground up. You will gain insights into all areas of the company and play a central role in mammaly's next growth phase.

Responsibilities

Act as a sparring partner for the founder, supporting them with strategic topics, decisions, and prioritization.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support key business initiatives.
Create compelling presentations and reports (PPTs, Memos, Dashboards) for internal and external stakeholders.
Take ownership of special projects from conception to implementation, coordinating across departments.
Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth execution.
Be proactive and curious, identifying opportunities, asking the right questions, and striving for better results.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or a dynamic startup environment.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Passion for startups and potentially a desire to become a founder.
Pragmatism combined with creativity to find solutions for complex problems.
Strong interest in marketing and the ability to empathize with customers.
