About the Role
This role supports the day-to-day operations, planning, governance, and delivery activities for a strategic sustainability initiative. You will drive execution across products, partnerships, learning, engagement, and advocacy, acting as a central point of coordination to align priorities, ensure effective delivery, connect stakeholders, and measure performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate key initiatives and operational activities, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Support governance processes, delivery roadmaps, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration across Advocacy, Education, Marketing, Partnerships, Member Engagement, Digital, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate events, webinars, campaigns, engagement initiatives, and partnership activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery approaches, and stakeholder experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in operations, program management, project management, or business operations roles.
- Strong planning, organisation, and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management capability.
- Experience developing reporting, dashboards, governance processes, and executive updates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn information into practical insights and actions.
