About the Role

We are looking for a structured, conscientious individual with technical expertise and a clear workflow to manage our video production. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and post-producing our video content, always aiming for efficient processes, high quality, and timely results.

Responsibilities

  • Video creation for defined channels: Plan and produce targeted content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal media, aligned with our standards.
  • Conducting shoots: Handle technical preparation, ensure smooth on-site operations, and guarantee all shots are successful on the first try.
  • Technical responsibility: Manage company-owned studios, maintain equipment, and ensure flawless audio and video quality.
  • Live call support: Monitor technology during live calls, ensuring consistent high-level performance of video, audio, and lighting.
  • Video editing: Edit video material according to clear specifications, with attention to detail and a focus on punctuality.
  • Review & refinement: Review all content, select suitable scenes, and adapt them to our style guides.
  • Event documentation: Accompany internal company events, shoot short vlogs, and ensure authentic, structured post-production.

Requirements

  • Technical know-how: Proficient with cameras, audio, lighting, and editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and work efficiently.
  • Production experience: Ideally possess a degree or training in video/media, or have comparable experience.
  • Organizational skills: Work proactively, plan shoots methodically, and complete tasks reliably by the deadline.
  • Clarity in communication: Contribute to the team, provide objective feedback, and communicate fluently in German and English.
  • Disciplined execution: Implement briefs precisely, have a good eye for detail, and bring projects to a clean conclusion.
  • Routine with processes: Enjoy working with checklists and can apply existing processes cleanly and pragmatically improve them if necessary.
