About the Role

Supporting senior risk professionals to implement and deliver a range of risk services within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Delivery Team/s throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks to others effectively.
  • Develop BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of ISO19650 and applicable standards.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for information viewing and issuing.
  • Implement governance and assurance processes.
  • Monitor digital handover to completion.
  • Participate in industry events to stay up to date on BIM developments.
  • Produce information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
  • Produce information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources.
  • Read, understand and support the delivery of all Mace process and procedures guides.
  • Develop object library in alignment with wider BIM Strategy.
  • Assure and check the Information Model.
  • Produce the information model (Pre-RIBA Stage 3 only).
  • Review current technology solutions and research new solutions to improve the BIM process.
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments of applicable classifications.
  • Support construction sequencing strategy using information models.
  • Support Mace Cost team in preparation of cost plans from information models.
  • Provide training on using databases, analysing data, creating templates, conducting assurance, COBie production, and other BIM-related topics.
  • Understand and perform in line with Information Management assignment matrix.
  • Understand the setup of processes and tools for CDEs.
  • Upskill the client team, Mace project managers and design team by running BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way.

Requirements

  • Level 6 qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Degree apprenticeship, degree with honours - for example bachelor of the arts (BA) hons, Bachelor of Science (BSc) hons, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, level 6 award, level 6 certificate, level 6 diploma, level 6 NVQ.
