About the Role
This is a versatile leadership position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape processes within our healthcare and nursing services. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our nursing locations, contributing to our mission of creating sustainable solutions that enrich the lives of everyone involved in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee various nursing locations in collaboration with nursing service managers, EUREGON (nursing software), and the management team.
- Deepen and expand knowledge through engagement with diverse workflows and standards across different nursing locations.
- Analyze tour plans, cost carriers, and client acquisition sources.
- Collaborate closely with various specialist departments within the company.
- Build and manage an external sales team.
- Prepare and support business transitions resulting from age-related succession or new foundations.
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing service manager or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of experience in nursing and/or management of nursing services.
- Proficient use of Euregon .snap/Medifox, Google Workspace, and knowledge of Slack and Notion.
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic.
- Enjoy teamwork and solution-oriented approach.
- Quick comprehension and ability to work structurally under pressure.
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C1).
