Responsibilities
- Support and represent the Care Service Manager.
- Ensure high quality of patient care.
- Personnel management, planning, and development.
- Actively promote quality management.
- Communicate with patients, relatives, and employees.
- Manage care organization using PC and care software (snap - Euregon) for scheduling, route planning, and care planning.
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified geriatric or general nurse with at least two years of professional experience.
- Competence in motivating and leading employees.
- Flexibility, loyalty, and enjoyment of communication.
- High professional and social competence, as well as organizational and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Good to very good knowledge of common Office programs (Word and Excel) and care software.
