About the Role
Provide administrative support and premium customer service to patients and referrers across appointment scheduling, arrivals, invoicing, receipting, and report distribution within the San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine team. Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a premium imaging service.

Requirements
- Demonstrated good computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Proven experience delivering quality customer care in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence communicating effectively with team members, patients, and their families via email, telephone, and face-to-face.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Availability to work either full-time or part-time (4 days per week) on a rotating roster.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is valued but not essential.
