Responsibilities

Actively participate in the creation and structuring of valuation reports for commercial properties and portfolios.
Attend property viewings and support appraisers in the valuation process.
Collect and analyze real estate-related data for valuation purposes.
Learn to create location, competition, and market analyses.
Support the maintenance and further development of our internal research database.

Requirements

Above-average academic background in a relevant course of study (e.g., Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration).
Strong analytical thinking skills and a goal-oriented, structured way of working.
Fluent German and very good English language skills.
Initial relevant practical experience, ideally through internships, is advantageous.
High level of commitment and motivation.
Availability to start in October 2026.
