About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling their reservation requests for our 9 locations in Germany and Austria. You will assist guests and corporate clients with organizing, modifying, or canceling their bookings via email, phone, or chat. You will also manage corporate partners and collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams, ensuring guests receive the best experience in conjunction with Revenue Management and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Manage booking inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Assist guests and corporate clients with organizing, modifying, or canceling bookings.
Manage corporate partners and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
Ensure guests receive the best experience in coordination with Revenue Management and Marketing teams.

Requirements

Positive attitude and memorable voice.
Experience in telephone sales or the hotel industry is ideal.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills, especially over the phone.
Flexibility and motivation, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Proficient computer skills.
Experience with hotel software like Apaleo or Zendesk is a plus.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
