About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent or Technician for our Berlin-Brandenburg branch, available in part-time (min. 30 hours/week) or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and technical management of a defined real estate portfolio in the Berlin surrounding area.
• Application management, rental processes, new rentals, terminations and processing, tenant support, rent setting, deposit releases, maintaining digital tenant files.
• Commissioning and controlling service providers, utility companies, and tradespeople.
• Accompanying, marketing, and participating in/designing new construction and modernization projects.
• Processing insurance claims.
• Monitoring property conditions and safety precautions.
• Communication with tenants, authorities, and service providers/tradespeople/caretakers.
• Data entry and maintenance in the property management ERP system Wodis Yuneo.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Specialist, Technical Property Manager, Facility Manager, or similar qualification.
• Commercial and technical understanding with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• High commitment and initiative with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Careful, independent, and structured way of working.
• Good MS Office skills and possibly experience with the ERP system Wodis Yuneo.
