About the Role

Lead complex, high-impact non-turnkey grid projects across the ANZ region, overseeing the full project lifecycle from contract award to final acceptance. Act as the key partner for customers, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery while fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, financial oversight (P&L), and procurement.
• Lead with an uncompromising commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Ensure all project activities adhere strictly to internal governance frameworks and company procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure high Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through clear, proactive communication.
• Manage project P&L, including sales, margin, billing, and cash flow.
• Provide regular, transparent reporting to leadership via Project Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Travel to project sites to conduct progress reviews, coordination meetings, and safety audits.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of proven success in project management, contract administration, and unit P&L management.
• Familiarity with grid products (GIS, AIS, Power Transformers, and Substation systems) is highly valued.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Microsoft Projects, and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• A proactive, energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages pressure with composure.
