About the Role
Join Acenda's Retirement team to help shape our retirement proposition through market insights, strategic thinking, and content expertise. This role involves identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and developing insight-led content to strengthen Acenda's leadership in retirement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research retirement market trends, regulatory developments and emerging retirement income strategies.
- Analyze competitors, super funds, platforms and adviser markets to identify opportunities and market gaps.
- Develop compelling thought leadership, strategic narratives and market insights.
- Create white papers, research reports, adviser content, webinar materials and insight papers.
- Support retirement product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate complex retirement concepts into practical, engaging and commercially relevant content.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Australian retirement, superannuation, wealth or life insurance landscape.
- Ability to connect insights with strategy and turn complex ideas into impactful content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and contribute ideas that help shape product development, customer value propositions and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in retirement income, superannuation, wealth management or life insurance.
- Strong market research, analysis and strategic thinking capability.
- Experience developing thought leadership, research papers or industry content.
- Ability to assess market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Availability to commence ASAP for a 3-month contract.
- Provide two references.
