About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive tram lines and ensure smooth operation.
- Check the operational and traffic safety of the vehicle before and after each trip.
- Initiate initial measures to support passengers in case of technical malfunctions or incidents.
Requirements
- Possess a Class B driver's license for at least 2 years.
- Have a maximum of 1 point in the driver aptitude register (FAER).
- Provide a clear basic certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis).
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Have good German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Demonstrate reliability, friendliness, and a sense of responsibility.
- Potentially undergo a fitness examination according to BOStrab, including urine test (with drug screening), blood test, physical examination (height between 1.62 m and 1.98 m), and vision test.

Salary/Compensations
- €3002.93 per month during qualification (Entgeltgruppe 4 Stufe 1 TV-N Berlin)
- €3236.79 per month (Entgeltgruppe 5 Stufe 3 TV-N Berlin)
- Monthly travel allowance of €255
- Additional pay for night, weekend, and holiday work
