About the Role

Reporting to the Corporate Applications Manager, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support informed decision-making. It involves translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions, maintaining the data warehouse, and providing expert support across BI platforms. The position offers a mix of project delivery, platform administration, data engineering, reporting development, and business engagement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data warehouse solutions.
Develop and administer IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) platforms.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes, data integrations, and warehouse solutions using WhereScape RED, Alteryx, and SQL.
Optimize and troubleshoot reporting, data, and database solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Extensive experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, including Framework Manager, report/dashboard development, security, and platform administration.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including cube design, rules, TurboIntegrator (TI), PAW, and PAfE development.
Advanced SQL and database expertise, including query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning, and relational data modeling.
Experience developing and supporting data warehouse, ETL/ELT, and reporting solutions using WhereScape RED and Alteryx.
Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data environments, reverse engineer legacy solutions, and manage technical debt.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Exposure to Snowflake.
Experience with Informatica.
Experience in healthcare, clinical, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and audit requirements.
