About the Role

As a member of our back-office team supporting rapid growth, you will be responsible for the entire operation of billing and customer payments. You will serve as an internal and external hub, accurately and swiftly supporting financial flows in this crucial position.

Responsibilities

• Data management: Input and check data related to system orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Billing management: Issue and send invoices, confirm payments (including dunning if necessary).
• Customer payment management: Reconcile payment data, create payment data, and confirm payments for customers (e.g., refunds and settlements).
• Communication: Respond to inquiries from internal departments (sales, implementation support, accounting, etc.) and external parties.
• Collaborate with various departments, requiring flexible communication.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Ability to accurately read and write for practical business use, utilizing AI tools (speaking not required).
• Excel skills: Practical experience in data aggregation and analysis using VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Skills

• Back-office skills for managing the entire flow of money from billing to payment.
• Experience in building and improving business processes in the high-growth SaaS/Restaurant Tech industry.
