About the Role
This role supports the delivery of HR systems, workforce reporting, and data administration services to enable effective people management. You will maintain accurate employee data, assist with reporting and insights, respond to system inquiries, and support HR process and system improvements.

- Participate in projects to improve HR service delivery and organisational efficiency
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience gained through HR systems, data management, reporting, or workforce administration roles
- Demonstrated experience working within a Human Resources environment, with an understanding of contemporary HR practices, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce data management
- Exposure to HR reporting, dashboards, and data analytics tools used to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Experience maintaining data integrity through data quality assurance, validation activities, and/or HR system administration
- Knowledge of privacy, information governance, records management, and data handling requirements relevant to HR operations
- Resume (maximum three pages) and cover letter (maximum one page) addressing key accountabilities and focus capabilities
- Completion of two targeted questions within the online application form
- Provide contact details of two relevant referees (who can speak from a supervisory perspective)
- Consent to a Criminal History Record Check
