About the Role
Wagner Hardwoods is seeking qualified CDL A Truck Drivers to support its facility in Owego, NY. This role involves operating tractor trailers or straight trucks for lumber delivery and pickup.
Responsibilities
- Driving a tractor trailer or straight truck (tri-axle) with wagon attached
- Driving on interstate highways, state highways, county roads, and local roads throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and occasionally other northeast states
- Delivering lumber to various company facilities and outside lumber companies
- Picking up logs from log landings, log yards, and other company operations
Requirements
- Must possess a clean CDL A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience driving tractor trailers
- Prefer a candidate who has 5 years experience driving tractor trailers
