About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of our Multidisciplinary Care products, shaping product strategy and direction as we modernize established healthcare products on our new platform. You will drive product priorities, delivery, and growth opportunities across Australia and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Leading product strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
- Owning products from discovery through to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Shaping how our established healthcare products evolve on our new platform.
- Working across Product, Design and Technology to drive product delivery.
- Using customer and market insights to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experienced Product Manager with a background in healthcare or health technology.
- Takes ownership and works proactively.
- Skilled in turning product strategy into delivery.
- Experienced in developing product strategies, roadmaps and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder manager capable of aligning and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in platform modernisation or product migration will be highly regarded.
- Primary care experience is highly advantageous.
- Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Atlassian experience is advantageous.
