About the Role
AbbVie is seeking a Digital Producer on a 6-month maximum term contract to support the organization's digital transformation journey. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional commercial teams to shape solutions, support the multichannel roadmap, and aid in the implementation of digital campaigns and projects. The position also includes maintenance of the customer self-service website and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Multichannel and Commercial Business Technology Solutions (BTS) teams to ensure alignment with strategic vision.
- Regularly report to client stakeholders and internal senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist marketing teams in executing digital campaigns on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with 3rd party agencies/vendors to deliver digital campaigns according to project specifications and estimates.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and budgets simultaneously.
- Proactively monitor digital campaigns, identify maintenance/quality improvements, and update stakeholders on campaign delivery.
- Become a champion for AbbVie's marketing automation and web platforms (eWizard, SFMC & AEM).
- Collaborate with brand teams on content creation and implementation across key AbbVie platforms (eWizard, AEM, SFMC, On24).
- Prepare, create, and implement content in line with brand team needs.
- Produce and implement designs for web, mobile, banners, eDMs, and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Build and manage customer journeys in SFMC.
- Work with marketing teams to roll out webinar content on AbbVie remote engagement platforms.
- Plan and manage eDM/website content releases from end to end, ensuring project governance and QA for quality and customer experience.
- Take ownership of the Quality Control / Quality Assurance process.
- Perform QA on solutions in testing environments to ensure high quality and customer experience.
- Test and review project output for quality assurance and user experience.
- Translate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Report adverse events within 24 hours as per AbbVie’s policies and procedures.
- Proactively participate in AbbVie’s WHS programs and promote a safe work environment.
- Adhere to AbbVie’s codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as requested.
Requirements
- Experience in designing across multiple digital channels including websites, eDMs, and social media.
- CMS and digital platform experience across eWizard, AEM and Wordpress is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of Javascript/jQuery.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, building EDMs and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including journey and audience builder.
- Skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organization and time and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.
- Web analytics and site reporting skills that drive insights and recommendations.
- Attention to detail and pro-active problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical information to non-tech people.
