About the Role

This fast-paced, hands-on role involves working across the full supply chain to partner with Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. The goal is to ensure new products launch successfully, on time, and within cost expectations for the Australian business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end product launches, ensuring ATO (Available to Order) timelines are met
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver innovation projects aligned to global processes (I4G/A4E)
  • Identify and manage risks, timelines, and dependencies across projects
  • Coordinate logistics trials and ensure compliance with GS1 standards
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain costs and route-to-market efficiencies
  • Support procurement with sourcing and packaging requirements
  • Manage co-packer specifications, planning, and production scheduling
  • Ensure product availability aligns with demand and customer service targets
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Manage supply plans across local and international suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain inventory targets
  • Partner with co-packers and suppliers to meet service levels
  • Monitor inventory health, ageing stock, and minimise write-offs
  • Coordinate SAP master data setup for new products
  • Ensure planning parameters and compliance documentation are accurate and on time
  • Maintain strong data integrity across systems

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or FMCG
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain
  • Analytical mindset with SAP/Excel capability
