About the Role
Seeking a permanent full-time Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist to join our Brisbane team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by advising and guiding customers through our range of equipment products, covering the NSW region.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Workshop equipment sales
- Customer follow ups
- Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- After-sales equipment training
Requirements
- Ideally have mechanical/automotive knowledge
- Must hold a valid driver's licence
- Be able to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner
- Possess a team focus with strong relationship building skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise efficiently
