About the Role
This role is responsible for streamlining, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams within 3PL, transport, and warehouse to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver accurate reporting that drives operational and strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and integrate data from multiple sources to reveal trends and anomalies.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that make insights clear and actionable.
- Translate analysis into practical recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Support forecasting, business planning and performance measurement to improve outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
- Work with IT and business teams to ensure data quality and enable system improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support 3PL operations to ensure continuity across outbound freight, inbound freight, and warehousing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related
- 3+ years in data/business analytics
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI or Tableau
- SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Supply Chain domain experience
- Finance domain experience
- Logistics domain experience
