About the Role

As an OSHC Casual Educator, you’ll work primarily at Wentworthville and Parramatta OSHClub, building ongoing relationships with families, children, your team, and the school community. You may also support nearby services when additional support is needed. This role offers flexible work that fits around university timetables and placements, the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, and develop leadership, communication, and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work regular shifts Monday through Friday before school and after school.
  • Provide additional hours during school holidays.
  • Offer minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week.
  • Support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
  • Hold a state working-with-children check.
  • Have Australian working rights.
  • Complete National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
