About the Role
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, system synchronization, and optimizing warehouse space. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery of materials to customer job sites and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, specifically handling semiconductor materials, industrial plant equipment, or manufacturing logistics.
- Manager or Supervisor level experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of WMS and global ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of managing material master data and troubleshooting system interface discrepancies through data analysis.
- Practical experience in optimizing warehouse layouts for spatial efficiency.
- Experience designing bin/location management processes.
- Experience supervising barcode scanner-based picking operations.
- Demonstrated ability to audit and verify operational compliance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Strong communication skills to lead hands-on material-to-system matching training for warehouse crews.
- Fluency in English is required for coordinating with local 3PLs and vendors.
- Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate seamless business communication and reporting with HQ.
