About the Role

Become part of a collaborative outpatient team committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals across Washington County. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, clinical support to children and families facing mental health challenges. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary partners to deliver coordinated care that fosters stability, resilience, and long-term growth. Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of mental health concerns
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral and emotional needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive and integrated services
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and be license eligible
  • One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to children
  • Experience in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and group therapy is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and demonstrate understanding of trauma-informed care practices
  • Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively with internal and external partners
  • Understanding of and commitment to advancing the WCMHS mission and supporting the provision of collaborative and inclusive mental health, development disability, and substance use services
