About the Role
This role focuses on a unique 1:1 support for a new resident, moving away from the typical group work stress. It offers the opportunity to build a genuine relationship, observe, and develop a tailored educational concept for long-term stabilization and development.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Heilerziehungspflegerin, Erzieherin, Pflegefachkraft, or a completed degree in Social Work.
- Sensitivity towards individuals in crisis.
