About the Role

The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. This is a meaningful opportunity to support community mental health in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan.
  • Addresses a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and designated case management staff.
  • Ensures coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and be license eligible.
  • One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and families.
  • Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle for work related travel required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively with internal and external partners.
  • Understanding of and commitment to advancing the WCMHS mission and supporting the provision of collaborative and inclusive mental health, development disability, and substance use services.
