About the Role
ABCD is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher for its Batavia Center. This role involves promoting child development theories and principles, implementing sound educational practices, and supporting families.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a group of children independently under the direction of the Education/Disability Coordinator.
- Implement and comply with education program standards.
- Coordinate all program components as they apply to the classroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 6 credit bearing courses relevant to competencies in early childhood education AND experience working with young children is accepted.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
