About the Role
Join a newly established fertility clinic in Berlin, opening in a renovated space in Fall 2026. Be an integral part of building a new team from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Patient reception and intake
- Providing information on therapy planning and procedures
- Assisting in the operating room for egg retrievals or embryo transfers
- Post-operative patient care
- Blood collection
- Coordinating appointments and workflows
- Contributing to the development of new processes in a newly renovated practice
Requirements
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or willingness to transition from a patient-focused, service-oriented profession (e.g., hospitality)
- Enjoyment of working with people and empathy for patients
- Reliability and interest in modern, digital work methods
