About the Role

We are seeking a Midwife to transition into a Medical Assistant (MFA) role at our fertility center. This is a unique opportunity for midwives to utilize their expertise in women's health within a structured work environment, offering regular hours and no on-call duties. You will learn all aspects of MFA tasks and reproductive medicine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Patient reception and check-in
• Providing information on therapy planning and procedures
• Assisting in the operating room during egg retrievals or embryo transfers
• Post-operative patient care
• Blood draws
• Coordinating appointments and workflows
• Contributing to the development of new processes in a newly renovated practice

Requirements

• Completed training or degree as a midwife
• Enthusiasm to establish yourself as an MFA and learn our processes and software
• Enjoyment of working with people, empathy, and reliability
