About the Role
As a Senior AI Engineer on the AI Platform team, you will design and build LLM-powered AI systems to extract insights from vast amounts of structured and unstructured business data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of a leading relationship intelligence CRM platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect, prototype, and deploy RAG pipelines using vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and contextual compression.
- Contribute to the design and orchestration of multi-agent LLM systems using community frameworks and custom layers.
- Solve complex information extraction, storage, and retrieval problems for structured and unstructured data.
- Partner with product, infrastructure, data engineering, and software engineering teams to build robust, high-scale systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with LLM-assisted search, query understanding, text2sql, and entity extraction.
- Experience with vector or graph databases.
- Experience with document chunking, embedding models, and context window optimization.
- Familiarity with metadata-based retrieval and re-ranking strategies.
- Hands-on experience with model evaluation metrics such as perplexity, hallucination rate, and factual consistency.
- Familiarity with data security, versioning, and MLOps principles.
