About the Role

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents.
• Maintains an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
• Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.
