About the Role
The Kultur Büro Elisabeth organizes and coordinates a wide variety of cultural events in Berlin-Mitte, ensuring the preservation of listed buildings through rentals. The role involves supporting artists and institutions in realizing their events and acting as a co-organizer.
Responsibilities
- Independent initiation and execution of rentals
- Cross-departmental planning and coordination with staff and external service providers (e.g., caterers, technicians)
- Creation of offers and contracts for events
- Further development of the event management sector (B2B, B2C)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree and professional experience in event/event management
- Experience working with service providers and agencies, customer orientation
- Economic thinking, business knowledge, budget experience
- Independent, responsible, and success-oriented work with solution-oriented initiative and quality awareness
- Team spirit, organizational talent, creativity, enjoyment in consulting, developing, and implementing new ideas
- High commitment and flexibility
- Native-level German, very good English skills
- Confident use of digital tools, enjoyment of collaborative work

About the Company
- Kultur Büro Elisabeth organizes and coordinates cultural events in Villa Elisabeth, St. Elisabeth Church, and other buildings of the Evangelical Church Community at Weinberg in Berlin-Mitte.
- It supports and accompanies artists and institutions in the realization of their events and sometimes acts as a co-organizer.
- In addition to the public cultural program, our spaces are used in diverse ways: for conferences, dinners, award ceremonies, film shoots, fashion shows, and other stylish events.
