About the Role
The graduate program offers rotations in our Global Client Group, providing broad investments exposure and the opportunity to witness the functionality of a global investment firm. Graduates will develop foundational knowledge, professional skills, and networks, with full support from management and mentors. Daily tasks will be challenging and varied, depending on the department.

Requirements
- Fully degree qualified by the end of 2026
- Demonstrate excellent academic achievement
- Excel in extra-curricular activities, internships and work experience
- Interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented, with the ability to think in a structured and analytical manner
- Able to work equally well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning experiences
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
