About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Retail Product Engineering team, you will support the Checkout AI roadmap and help shape the development of AI-powered product features at Quantium.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality features and services across the stack.
- Take ownership of components end-to-end, from design through to build, testing, and delivery.
- Bring strong engineering practices to the team, including testing, code review, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the squad, sharing knowledge and raising the bar on delivery.
- Bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Strong, senior-level experience across the stack, with a back-end leaning skillset.
- Comfortable working across a mix of Python and .NET.
- Experience with testing frameworks and quality practices.
- Exposure to emerging practices for building quality into AI-assisted engineering workflows is highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in and openness to using AI coding tools and best practices as part of your daily workflow.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders within Quantium.
