About the Role

The Sebel Sydney Martin Place is seeking a Part Time Assistant Night Manager to lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who excel working at night and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
• Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous Front Office supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel environment.
• Experience using Opera PMS (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
