About the Role
ALDI is seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn to join their retail team as a Store Assistant. This role offers variety by allowing employees to experience all areas of the store, rather than being confined to one section.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the registers with a smile, providing excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves with products to ensure availability for customers.
- Manage stock handling, ensuring products are in date and correctly priced.
- Create attractive displays for ALDI special buys.
- Maintain store tidiness, organization, and overall appearance.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience is necessary.
- Must possess a positive attitude.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn.
