About the Role
Join Glenholme Specialist Healthcare as a Night Support Worker, a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You will play a vital role in ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, providing reassurance and promoting independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support with personal care where required.
- Promote and encourage independent living skills.
- Administer and manage medication.
- Carry out regular welfare checks and respond appropriately to individuals' needs during the night.
- Maintain accurate care records and complete night documentation.
- Report concerns and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Salary/Compensations
- £12.75 - £12.95 per hour
