About the Role

Join Glenholme Specialist Healthcare as a Night Support Worker, a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You will play a vital role in ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, providing reassurance and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Support with personal care where required.
  • Promote and encourage independent living skills.
  • Administer and manage medication.
  • Carry out regular welfare checks and respond appropriately to individuals' needs during the night.
  • Maintain accurate care records and complete night documentation.
  • Report concerns and escalate incidents appropriately.
  • Promote independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
  • Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes.
  • Help maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

Requirements

  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Sponsorship not available.
  • This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Salary/Compensations

  • £12.75 - £12.95 per hour
