About the Role
Deputy is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager for APAC to enhance the operational efficiency of go-to-market teams in the region. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to drive revenue growth through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations, with a focus on becoming an AI-native company.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core revenue operations processes for APAC across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Act as a key Salesforce partner for the region, supporting reporting, pipeline management, data quality, process improvement, and CRM governance.
- Analyze CRM and revenue data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Build clear, credible reporting and insights for the APAC Director Level Team and senior revenue stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, territory planning, target setting, and regional performance management.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene, stage progression, conversion rates, sales productivity, and rep adoption of core processes.
- Work with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to improve lead flow, campaign visibility, attribution, routing, and funnel reporting.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on revenue planning, performance tracking, and operational metrics.
- Identify and resolve process gaps across the customer journey, from lead capture through to closed-won and post-sale handoff.
- Support the rollout and adoption of revenue tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Create practical documentation, reporting frameworks, and operating processes that help the region scale.
- Act as the regional RevOps voice for APAC while staying aligned to global Revenue Operations standards.
- Drive the operating rhythm, systems, processes, and insights that help Deputy grow efficiently across APAC.
- Translate business priorities into practical RevOps initiatives, improving the quality of our revenue data, and ensuring our go-to-market teams have the right processes and tools to execute well.
- Help the region scale, with a focus on operational efficiency, forecast visibility, pipeline quality, conversion performance, and cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze pipeline trends, sales performance, funnel conversion, activity metrics, forecasting inputs, campaign influence, customer segmentation, and regional performance indicators.
- Explain what the data means, what the business should pay attention to, and where action is needed.
- Prepare analysis for the APAC Director Level Team and other senior stakeholders.
- Build trust with regional leaders, understand the priorities of different teams, and bring people together around clear processes and shared commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a similar GTM operations role.
- Advanced Salesforce capability, including reporting, dashboards, data quality management, process design, pipeline management, and stakeholder support.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CRM and revenue data and turn it into clear business recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders, including Director-level or executive audiences.
- Commercial understanding of B2B SaaS revenue motions, including pipeline generation, sales forecasting, conversion metrics, customer lifecycle processes, and GTM performance.
- Strong cross-functional working style, with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- High attention to detail, balanced with the ability to step back and understand the broader commercial picture.
- Comfortable working in a global team while supporting regional priorities.
- A proactive, efficient, and practical operator who can identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive work through to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and interest in developing into a broader regional RevOps leadership role.
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar lead routing and scheduling tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, automation, productivity, or operational workflows.
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Experience supporting APAC go-to-market teams across multiple countries or markets.
- Familiarity with revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, or compensation operations.
