About the Role

This role is central to ensuring housing services operate effectively and consistently in line with regulatory, contractual, and internal performance requirements. You will translate complex obligations and data into practical approaches that support teams in delivering high-quality services to residents and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Coordinate national operational performance reporting against contractual, regulatory, and internal KPIs
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and supported by strong data governance
• Translate performance data into clear insights highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Provide performance narratives to senior leadership, executive, and board-level forums
• Oversee operational compliance across the housing portfolio
• Embed compliance obligations and performance expectations into operational systems and frontline practice
• Establish and maintain business performance, data quality, and compliance frameworks
• Lead audit and assurance activities to drive actionable improvements
• Drive data quality and governance initiatives to strengthen KPI delivery and operational decision-making

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in business, data, information management, compliance, governance, law, or related discipline
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a regulated, contract-funded service environment
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and data requirements into practical operational guidance
• Proven experience overseeing operational performance reporting, compliance, or governance functions
• Capability to embed performance and data quality frameworks into operational practice
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience developing and improving frameworks that support data integrity and compliance
• Highly effective communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Must undertake a national police history check
• Must obtain clearance to work with children and vulnerable people
