About the Role
The Business Operations Graduate Program is an 18-month rotational program designed to develop highly sought-after skills in operational excellence, data storytelling, continuous improvement, governance, change delivery, and responsible AI. Graduates will gain a broad understanding of how a modern insurance operation delivers value, finishing with a permanent full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through Service Excellence, Regulatory Governance, Business Outcomes, and Business Engineering teams.
- Work on business challenges to improve customer outcomes, operational performance, and business resilience.
- Analyze business processes, performance data, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to transformation, change, and continuous improvement initiatives across Operations.
- Support risk, governance, and compliance activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve problems, deliver projects, and influence outcomes.
- Develop future-focused skills in process improvement, automation, data storytelling, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or in the penultimate year with graduation expected by the end of 2026.
- Degree in any business-related disciplines including data and AI.
- A credit average achievement (65%+).
- Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or hold valid work rights in Australia for the duration of the program.
