About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover contract to lead paid digital marketing activities, drive engagement, generate B2B leads, and maximize campaign impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Manage PPC activity, including the Google Ad Grant, and collaborate with agency partners to enhance performance and ROI.
- Lead digital analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Support SEO, AI optimization, and email marketing initiatives.
- Line manage and develop a Digital Marketing Executive, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering successful digital marketing and paid media campaigns, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital reporting tools.
- Experience in developing SEO strategies, applying AI optimization best practices, and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising colleagues and managing agency relationships.
- Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.
