About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the OASIS team, DXC's internal agentic AI platform. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full Product Manager position, supporting senior PMs and gradually taking ownership of product scope within a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Support PMs across discovery, definition, and delivery.
- Participate in user interviews and research sessions, and synthesize findings into product decisions.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets for engineering teams.
- Track release readiness and coordinate go-live activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design from problem framing through product launch.
- Own a discrete area of the product within the first six months.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technical, or operations.
- Clear written communication skills, particularly in long-form writing (specs, briefs, summaries).
- A bias toward action and a willingness to iterate on work.
- Curiosity about how AI agents and platforms function and are used by customers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to asking clarifying questions.
- Ability to consider both user problems and engineering trade-offs simultaneously.
- A focus on defining the problem rather than solely describing the solution.
