About the Role
We are seeking a Training Administrator to join our Training team within the People and Culture function on the Sydney Metro West Linewide Project. This role reports directly to the Senior Learning & Development Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project-wide training inbox by responding to queries or forwarding them to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure RIW and 3DS onboarding for workers is compliant prior to the completion of Induction.
- Schedule and coordinate training events with participants and course providers.
- Coordinate the collection, recording, and verification of employee competency information, such as tickets, licenses, and qualifications.
- Ensure data is obtained and recorded in the Safety and Compliance system.
- Provide efficient administrative support including scanning and data entry.
- Coordinate and process requisitions, POs, and invoices.
- Provide general clerical support.
Requirements
- Strong administrative experience and a passion for organization.
- Confidence with technology and an aptitude for understanding systems.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and use it effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to identify patterns and interpret data for reports.
- Clear communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in learning new processes.
- Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
