About the Role

Join the ITDZ Berlin team to support the digitalization of the Berlin administration. As a student assistant in the Infrastructure Operations department, you will contribute to large-scale projects, gain technical and methodological experience, and help shape the future of public administration.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project management with organization and coordination of appointments
• Conduct research and handle conceptual preparatory work
• Process inquiries and work orders
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops and coordination meetings
• Actively participate in project controlling and the achievement of project goals

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, IT Security, or a related field
• Interest in information technology, IT infrastructure, and/or IT security
• Strong interest in complex migration projects and transformation processes
• Submission of CV, degree certificates, and employment references
• Submission of proof of severe disability if applicable

Skills

• MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
• MS Project (desirable)
